WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR FOUNDERS · INDEPENDENT OPERATOR PERSPECTIVE

Keep the important work from disappearing into the urgent.

You stay in charge of the company. I help you connect personal goals to business priorities, turn choices into explicit commitments, review what actually happened and adjust without losing the thread.

Fewer initiatives competing for attention.

Clear next actions and dates.

A weekly review of movement, drift and obstacles.

THE FOUNDER'S REALITY

You are always ahead of the business.

You see possibilities, choose directions, start things and keep the team moving. The problem is rarely a lack of ideas or effort. It is maintaining a clear line from intention to action while the company keeps producing emergencies.

Kirill Goncharik with his eyes squeezed shut — when everything is urgent again
01 / GOALS

Personal and business goals blur together

You can see several possible futures, but not which one the company should serve now.

02 / CHOICE

Every opportunity looks important

The portfolio grows faster than the capacity to finish it.

03 / PRESSURE

Operations rewrite the week

Urgent questions absorb attention while strategic priorities quietly slide.

04 / FOCUS

Too much is in motion at once

Starting is easy. Stopping, sequencing and protecting capacity are harder.

05 / COMMITMENT

Your own promises are easiest to renegotiate

No one above the founder asks what changed, what did not happen and why.

06 / FACTS

There is little time to review

Without a regular review, the plan changes from pressure rather than evidence.

You do not need a perfect diagnosis. In the first conversation we separate the symptom from the task and check whether this format fits.

WHAT WE CAN WORK ON

From direction to the next move.

Accountability work is useful when the answer is not one piece of advice. A choice has to survive the week, meet reality and be adjusted when the evidence changes.

FOUNDERGoals and role
CHOICE · COMMITMENT · FEEDBACKWhat actually matters now?
BUSINESSFacts and constraints

Choose a priority

Connect founder goals, company strategy, constraints and the cost of not pursuing the other options.

Restore focus

Limit work in progress and protect what matters from a constant stream of urgent questions.

Review movement

Examine what happened, where the plan drifted and what needs to change in the next cycle.

Not more tasks. More clarity, sequence and finished work.

The founder makes the decision. The founder does not have to think alone.

I hold the process: prepare for meetings, help frame goals, examine assumptions and constraints, record commitments and return the conversation to facts.

You retain authority and responsibility for decisions, execution and business results. Revenue or profit growth is not a promised outcome of the service.

My responsibility: preparation, quality of analysis and feedback, the working record and the regular cadence. Yours: choice, action and consequences.

RELATED ROLES

The difference is function and accountability.

Roles can overlap. The useful question is what the person does every week, what they own and which authority the work requires.

01

Accountability partner

Helps choose priorities, make commitments explicit and review movement. The founder decides and executes.

02

Mentor

Shares experience, patterns, advice and introductions. The relationship may be occasional and less structured.

03

Executive

Receives authority, manages people and processes, makes operating decisions and owns agreed delivery.

04

Investor

Provides capital, has formal governance rights and evaluates the company through an investment lens.

SEPARATE SCOPE

Execution and management are not included.

If you need work inside the team, employee management or ownership of a project, we agree the scope, authority, time and price separately.

Discuss the format

THE WEEKLY LOOP

Priority → action → facts → adjustment.

A standard meeting lasts 60 minutes. Kirill's preparation and review of agreed materials are included.

01

Before

You send a short status and relevant material. I review the context and prepare questions.

02

Review facts

What was promised, what happened, where the plan drifted and which obstacle proved real.

03

Choose

Clarify goals, limit current priorities and decide what to continue, change or stop.

04

Record

Write down the next actions, dates and review criteria. The next meeting begins with the actual result.

WORKING MATERIALS

Commitments stay visible.

Not reporting for its own sake. A compact system you can return to when the week becomes noisy again.

WORKING RECORD

One version of priorities and commitments.

Goals
What matters to the founder and business in the current period.
Focus
A limited set of active priorities.
Actions
Concrete steps, dates and review criteria.
WEEKLY REVIEW

Decisions change when the facts change.

Completion
What happened compared with the commitment.
Drift
Where focus, assumptions or execution broke down.
Adjustment
What to continue, change, delegate or stop.

WHY OPERATING EXPERIENCE MATTERS

Feedback has to survive business reality.

I have worked as a founder, partner and operating executive. That means we can discuss not only motivation, but product, team, P&L, constraints, partnerships and the cost of a decision.

TRUE LAB · OPERATING LEADERSHIP

Build a regulated game provider from zero.

Situation
A new business had to be built across two international offices and prepared for regulatory requirements.
My role
I built the team and production system, aligned product, engineering, commercial, legal and compliance work, and led regulator dialogue.
Result
The company launched its first product and passed the Malta Gaming Authority audit.
BLACK WING FOUNDATION · OPERATING LEADERSHIP

Stabilise operations and restore predictable delivery.

Situation
Unstable operations and a gap between the plan and actual delivery.
My role
I reorganised the team and development setup and introduced a clear planning and review cadence.
Why it matters
An accountability partner does not run your company, but should see the connection between a decision, the operating system and the result.

ABOUT KIRILL

I understand the person and can still open the P&L.

Founder decisions contain both a business system and a human being. Looking at only one half can produce a confident answer to the wrong question.

I bring 20 years of professional experience across technology, gaming, digital products and AI. I have worked as an operator, founder and partner, built new directions and led teams.

In the accountability engagement I do not take the decision away from the founder or replace the team. My role is to protect the quality of the thinking and execution loop: question, priority, commitment, fact, adjustment.

Independence matters: I can challenge the story without competing for your seat or defending an investor's agenda.

From founder focus to delivery with the team.

Accountability supports decisions and commitments. Work inside the business is a separate project or recurring operating mandate.

FORMAT AND PRICING

All prices are in US dollars and paid in advance. Preparation for regular meetings is included.

$3,000

The same weekly format with a single three-month prepayment. Payment is not refunded for early termination.

ADDITIONAL MEETING

TEAM MEETING

$300 / 60 min

Up to six participants. Used for systemic miscommunication or team blockers; preparation and scope are agreed in advance.

Payment is available by invoice, transfer to an individual's IBAN account or cryptocurrency. An agreement and NDA are signed before work begins; delivery and acceptance terms are documented in the agreement.

WORKING TERMS

No hidden rules.

Practical boundaries protect the regular cadence from each new urgent task.

How are meetings scheduled and moved?
A specific day and time are reserved. In a force-majeure situation, a move is possible by mutual agreement when another slot is available. A change to one or all subsequent meetings is best agreed before the working week; one schedule change is available per month.
What happens if I miss a meeting?
A meeting missed without notice is treated as used and remains fully payable. Unused meetings do not roll into the next month.
Can we meet every two weeks?
Yes, by agreement, although I do not recommend it. A longer interval weakens the review cadence and allows drift to accumulate.
Can I ask questions between meetings?
Yes. I answer ordinary short questions when I am available, and we can arrange a short call of up to ten minutes when needed. Work requiring deeper review, material analysis or research is billed as a separate 60-minute consultation at $300.
How do renewal, pause and termination work?
The engagement renews after advance payment for the next month or three-month period. Monthly support requires one week's notice before the next billing period to stop. A pause for holiday or business travel is possible when agreed in advance.
When is onboarding needed?
The need is determined in the first diagnostic conversation or at the founder's request. Onboarding can take up to two weeks, includes four diagnostic meetings and review of requested materials. A separate team meeting, if needed, is agreed as an additional paid hour.
When does the team join?
When there is systemic miscommunication or a suspected blocker inside the team. Up to six people can join. Preparation and scope are agreed after diagnosis.
Does this guarantee revenue or profit growth?
No. The service creates clear priorities, a regular cadence, visible commitments and timely adjustment. Business results depend on decisions, execution, the market and other factors outside the engagement.
